Assalamualikum wr.wb Hello guys setelah minggu dua kemarin say tidak masuk selama satu minggu dikarenkan nenek saya sakit dan diminggu ketiga ini saya sudah mulai masuk kembali dimnggu ketiga ini kami masih mempraktekkan bakery product yaitu di hari pertama ini kami masih membuat croissant.Dan untk kali ini yang membuat berbeda dari hari hari kemarin adalah yeastnya hari ini kami mencoba membuat croissant dengan menggunakan sourdough(freshyeast).Setelah bebrapa kali saya membuat sourdough saya masih gagal dan untk hari ini saya sudah memperlihatkan ke dosan saya and saya disruh buat ulang.Hari ini juga kami di perlihatkan cara yang benar untuk membuat croissant dan sour bread dan kami juga mendapatkan beberapa ilmu yang penting untk bakery product. Karna sour dough saya gagal jadi kami minta fresh yeast dari teman kami yang berhasil membuatnya untuk membuat croissant.Kami disruh membuat adonan hari ini untuk coissant dan disimpan di dalam chiller selama 1 malam sebenary...

Hay guys, today I will share my mid practice story in Makassar tourism polytechnic. the practice started at 8:00 so I went to ktchen at 7:30. when we got in our kitchen even went directly to the kitchen because this is the week mid practice. but in because the condition of my body is still not possible to take the test I came just to fill in the name on the book mid and sign it as evidence came. however I will follow mid practice follow-up tests. After finished filling the absent book I was rested in front of the kitchen. after resting in a long time I was asked permission to return to the dorm in order to rest more leverage. after my permission was given to go home to the dorm. but I have to go back to the kitchen at 5 pm to gather in the class to be briefed on the training ground. after the briefing was over I again asked for permission to go home. after my permission was given back I went home.
