Daily activities (English version)
Hay bro, this day is my first day making a blog and maybe this blog is far from perfect. but i will try my best. I came to kitchen at 7 am ,because I thought would be started earlier. however we started one line at 8 am and our supervisor checked our tools and grooming that we took to kitchen. then ,our supervisor started to absent our name and called the students one by one to come to the kitchen. after that we put our tool in the locker which has been provided for us. next we were one line once again in the main kitchen in front of mini library.
Because it is the first time for us with new supervisor who has done training, so we started with introduction about our-self one by one to supervisor so we know each other. then we were taught by chef Dino. after that chef Dino give us learning material about continental breakfast. next chef Dino divide the group and I in group 4th. in this group we has job to handle croissant for tomorrow, so we must prepared all today. next after chef Dino done given us a material, we do according to the section that has been on.
First of all we prepared all ingredient and the tools that we need for making croissant. after that we choose the place to doing. but before we started, we must do 3 bucket system which chef Dino tech in first semester. finally we started to make croissant
used straight dough method, mix all dry ingridient
then put in egg to the dough
next, put in enough water
next, mix the dough but not dull
next, roll the dough and make squre
next, put the croissant fat in middle of dough
then, folding the dough 3 times with 3 times resting
then, mould the dough
finally, rest the dough for tomorrow
After we finished making croissants we were given rest for about 1 hour and after that we went back oneline and divided section for general cleaning and I can part to clean the floor. general cleaning today feels different because in accompanied by dangdut koplo songs so that all the general cleaning people were cleaning while enjoying a cool sway. thank you chef Ical and our Kapros Mr. Wawan for having given different color in general cleaning this time and i hope it can be repeated again hehehe.
