Daaily activity 1 Third week
Hay guys, today I will share the story of my first practice
in this third week. as usual practic activity starts at 8:00. today I am a
little late because breakfast to the cafeteria first. as usual when we get in
front of our kitchen one line first before entering the kitchen to check first
our equipment such as tool bag and grooming. after that we were called in one
by one in sequence on the absent. after that we returned one at the main
kitchen to pray and given the direction that will be done today.
As of today I am the leader of the class so I am the one who
gives direction to prayer. after praying we opened the recipe that has been
given the rotation 1.4 to learn and understand. shortly afterwards Chef Dino
came and gave directions for today. before we prepare for our 1.4 rotation menu
we give advance directive to sharpen knife. Chef Dino told us to get used to
sharpening the blade and before use, at least twice a day.
After grinding our knife immediately prepare the ingredients
for the menu tomorrow. since today our group can section appetizer is chicken
liver pate menu. so we prepare all the ingredients and start to prepare. after
the preparation is over we are back one line to be given directives that will
be done tomorrow. after that we started for general cleaning. today we do twice
the general cleaning because in the first less clean. after the general
cleaning we finished back one line in front of the kitchen to pray and go home.
and today it is closed with pleasure although somewhat tiring
