Daily Activity 4 third week


        Hay guys this is my last day of practice in this week. today as usual we start the practice at 8 am. we started one line in the main kitchen. as usual in the kitchen we waited in giving directions. after that we immediately took out all the ingredient that have been prepared yesterday from the chiller. after the material is removed we go back to each section to solve. since I was in the dessert section so me and my group started to give stuffing pad choux.
      Our menu this time was a chao a'la croquline so we started to test try a good platting. after that we started to split the choux and started filling the middle with chocolate ganache. after that we keep all dessert into chiller. at the time the restaurant opened I, Putri and Abng Eri rushed to the door that connected with the restaurant to receive the order and noted all the food that had been out. and after the restaurant closes we return to our section to clean our work area.
    After cleaning the work area we immediately do general cleaning. this time the general cleaning started sooner because we no longer prepare for tomorrow. general cleaning feels like normal. after the general cleaning we finished was given time to eat in the kitchen. this time all the meals that were given to us were so delicious because of the hunger and the true taste delicious. after the meal we went back one line to pray and go home. this week was closed with happiness.
