       Hay guys today as usual I will share stories about the practice experience in the kitchen politeknik of Makassar tourism. where we started the practice at 8 am. as usual when he got in the kitchen and it was already 8 o'clock in the morning we were one in front of the kitchen to check the completeness like tool bag and grooming and then our name is called one by one into the kitchen according to absent paper then we return one line in the cool kitchen.
In the cool kitchen we went back one line where this time we pray before starting the activity after that we have a photo with our supervisor in because today is the last day they in charge after that we immediately issued what has been in preparation. after that we started to make our pisang ijo sauce after that we cut the pisang ijo and after all was done we started to make preparations for tomorrow where we handled miso soup.

After finished prepare restaurant open and we are ready to receive orders. after the restaurant closed we were immediately do general cleaning. where this time I can part of restroom cleaning. after finishing the general cleaning we were fed and we ate together. after the meal we are back one to give advice input oelh our spervisor. after that we went back to rest while waiting for Mr. Ichal. after that we went back one line and given input by pack Ichal and after that we were praying and go home.
