Hay guys today
is my third day of practice in this week. This time I will tell you about my
practice in the kitchen. As usual our practice started at 8 o'clock. However
today we started one line sooner than usual due to requests from supervisors.
When one line we checked the completeness of tool bag and grooming before
entering the kitchen. After checking is over, our name was in the call one by
one according to absent paper to enter the kitchen to return one line in the
main kitchen to pray.
After praying we
as usual explained what had been prepared yesterday and what to do today. Today
our group is handling the soup. so we had to heat up the stock we made
yesterday. but the stock we made yesterday was rotten / stale because it was
not stored in the freezer. so we rushed to make new stock before chef dino
came. we were initially worried the stock was not ready before 12 o'clock. but
everything was fine and ready stock before we made soup.

After that we are ready in front of our respective station
while waiting for the restaurant to open, after puku 12 retoran was open and we
are ready to accept orders. after the restaurant closed we were immediately
clean the work area and start to do general cleaning. as usual we should have
finished doing the general cleaning before 15.00. after the general cleaning we
were resting in front of the kitchen and waiting for food. after a few minutes
the food went out and we ate together. after finished our meal at give rest.
when the hour showed us at 4 pm we went back one line to pray and go home. and
today we are coming home fast. Hooray !!!
