Hay guys today
as usual I will share stories about the practice experience in the kitchen

after that we started to make miso soup. because today we handle soup, so first
we boil dashi with water then we give additional miso at the end and also i
give condiment in the form of crab stick, tofu, and given garnish nori. after
we finished we explain the menu that we made at the restaurant then we go back
to the section while waiting for the restaurant open.
After finished
prepare restaurant open and we are ready to receive orders. after the restaurant
closed we were immediately do general cleaning. where this time I can part
restroom. after finishing the general cleaning we were fed and we ate together.
after the meal we are back one to give advice input oelh our spervisor. after
that we were back beristarahat while waiting for Mr. Ichal. after that we went
back one line and given input by pack Ichal and after that we were praying and
go home.
