In the main kitchen
we went back one line where this time we prayed before starting the activity
after that we also explained what had been prepared yesterday and what will be
done today, after that we started to make menu that we handle. we rushed to the
place of each section in my group meal was in the section appetizer where we
had to extract the ingredients that had been prepared yesterday and make the
dressing. after all the ingredients have been finished we are waiting for the
restaurant to open. but today the restaurant is late to open where it usually
open at 12.00 hours open at 14.00
Ingredients
chop roast garlic and ginger

After the restaurant closed we were immediately do general
cleaning. where this time I can part of restroom cleaning. after finishing the
general cleaning we were fed and we ate together. after the meal we are back

while waiting for Mr. Ichal. after that we went back one line and given input
by pack Ichal and after that we were praying and go home
